Jokerate is designed as a completely offline-first application. All data you enter into the app, including your name, ratings, comments, plans, and reading statistics, is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage). We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers or cloud services.
2. Data Storage and Security
All your data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage mechanisms provided by React Native. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export, share, or back up your device. We have no access to your data, and it cannot be accessed by third parties through our application.
3. No Data Collection or Tracking
We do not collect, track, analyze, or monetize any user data. The application does not use analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or any third-party services that would collect your information. Jokerate operates entirely independently without any external data transmission.
4. Third-Party Services
Jokerate does not integrate with any third-party services that would access your data. The application uses only local device storage and does not require internet connectivity to function. No data is shared with external services, social media platforms, or advertising networks.
5. Your Rights and Control
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information. You can view, modify, or delete any data at any time through the application interface. Uninstalling the app will remove all stored data from your device. You are responsible for backing up your data if desired.
6. Children's Privacy
Jokerate does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we do not collect any data at all, the application is safe for users of all ages. All data remains on the user's device.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be reflected in the app, and the "Last updated" date will be modified accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
